Contracts Administration: Our Role


 What we do

To provide a regular contract administration function for the Northern Region DHBs, which are Auckland, Waitemata, Counties Manukau and Northland DHB.

We operate under an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the District Health Boards and to Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs).

Our goal is to action requests within an agreed timeframe and work closely with the Northern Region District Health Boards, Sector Services and Health Cert to achieve this goal.

  • Site Notices
  • Late Claims
  • Combined Oral Health Service Agreements
  • New Pharmacy Agreements
  • Variations to Pharmacy Agreements
  • Deed of Assignments
  • Aged Related Residential Agreements (new, transfer, variations and assignments)
  • Home Base Support Services Agreements
