Diagnostic Medlab (DML) and Lab Tests Auckland (LTA).
Both providers are committed to providing quality laboratory services to the people of the Auckland region and as part of this commitment have agreed to provide regular information about their performance to the public.
Below you will find monthly Key Performance Indicator reports for both providers, starting from 2nd of November 2009. Please note that the first few reports are still in draft format while both providers are completing and refining their reporting systems over the next few months.
The ARDHB QSTAT team is conducting an audit of the DML and LTA KPI reporting processes during the first week of December 2009 to ensure that the measurement, collection and reporting are consistent across the two labs.
